We did a big hp turbo project with the 900 ace motor last winter which uses the same platform as the X3.  We already have combined our strategies of that project with our Maverick structure within our software.  Our unit is supposed to arrive early October.  BRP is shipping the long travel suspension models to the midwest after the west coast of the country receives theirs.  We do have a dealer that has one coming in on the west coast that we are going to go prototype with if they receive theirs before us.  We will have  the calibrations complete no later than December.  If our existing harness matches off the 900 ace, kits will be ready Early 2017.  If we have to build harnesses then February will be the release date with the rest of the utv kits. The 1200 & 900 4-tec engines from BRP our 2 of our most favored engines here at Raze Motorsports.  This engine will be an absolute unstoppable beast when we get done with it.  Weak link as always will be the clutch with the added power and torque management. We are pushing Powderlites pretty hard to get a Tapp Clutch ready for this one though ahead of the game so we can get it to the ground.  It's going to need it.   ECU kit will come with an ECU, Harness, complete engine calibrations, and as always the bells and whistles listed below.

  • Dynamic ignition timing strategy to produce insane throttle response, huge horsepower gains and eliminate turbo lag.
  • Soft rev limiter to protect valvetrain. • Pump fuel, E85, race fuel, water-meth, and nitrous maps available.
  • Raze’s patented Nitrous Engagement Strategy eliminates nitrous engine failures due to human error; is responsive to cold weather, altitude, bottle pressure, gear, engine load, RPM, ECT, ICT, and throttle input.
  • Built-in Baro Sensor for dynamic fueling, timing, and boost altitude compensation.
  • Launch Control, 2-Step, and Traction Control activated with OEM switches and controls.
  • Raze ECUs are made with vehicle specific CAN bus communications. All factory dash functions and buttons work.
  • Knock Control - Dynamic Feed Forward Knock Control. Always adjusting to apply maximum safe timing.
  • Closed loop self adjusted tuning – ECU will automatically self self-adjust hard part configuration. Will require the use of qualified map & O2 sensor.
