The second and final round of the 2017 Motovan Canadian Snow Bike MX Nationals will take place on Saturday, February 25 at Revelstoke Mountain Resort in BC and the top 10 of Canada’s national snowbike pros will be crowned!
With the introduction of other snow bike series and the recent addition of snow bikes to the X-Games MCQMX has taken the lead on a true Canadian Snowbike National under CMRC sanctioning. With timed qualifiers to classify riders and the assigning of top ten national numbers as well as a pro-purse MCQMX is making a platform in Canada to show off the very best riders and products.
Saturday will be qualifiers and mains for national Snow Bike MX and Sunday of each round will be a filmed freeride in the mountains of Revelstoke B.C. and an opportunity to see all this talent show their stuff in the back country. A pro purse is up for grabs and the first and second place winners will also receive a set of Raze Motorsports Liquid Heated Handlebars.
In round one, Raze Motorsports sponsored rider Cody Matechuk took the top spot in the Pro Open Class Snow Bike race and took home the first National Snowbike win and we look forward to seeing him race again in Revelstoke for round two!
